In the spirit of RightStar’s commitment to business excellence, the company strongly promotes a culture of integrity, responsibility, and accountability in our approach to community relations. As citizens of the communities in which we live and work, RightStar employees are invested in the wellbeing of our communities as well as the success of our business. This understanding of our social responsibility is exemplified by RightStar’s approach to corporate citizenship.

 

To make a positive impact in our communities, RightStar supports a number of philanthropic endeavors at the corporate level and that are shared in by RightStar employees. RightStar’s volunteer time off program grants employees leave from normal work responsibilities in order to serve their communities. Additionally, RightStar allows employees to donate the value of accrued paid time off to a charitable organization of their choosing.

 

At the corporate level, RightStar supports several charities through monetary donations, raising awareness, and sponsorship of fundraising events. RightStar also offers to match employee contributions in certain cases to support deserving organizations.
